Carlos Kidd was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, and began dancing at the very early age of 12. He was first exposed to the dance world through an underground style of hip hop dance called Flexing. From there he started to study the foundations and fundamentals of tutting, waving, gliding and (one of his specialties) bonebreaking. After a short time spent at Pace university, he decided dance was undeniably the route he was going to take.

Alvin Ailey American Dance School, Broadway Dance Center, & Peridance were the three main dance studios he trained at to jump start his professional career. Carlos has had the privilege of training under amazing teachers like Luam Klefiesky , Rhapsody James, David Thomas, Ryan Miller, Mel Charlot, & attending their programs; Motivating Excellence & Rock The Industry.

Since then Carlos has had the opportunity to work with a diverse list of artist such as Ozuna, Travis Scott, New Edition, Kranium, Phish, HoneyBxby, iLuminate, & Denzel White. You may have seen him dancing on VMA,s, NYFW, & America’s Got Talent.
